I just gave this domino's location their second chance and they failed again. Episode 1: The Very Hungry Family... It was a Friday evening which I already know is busy for pizza delivery and before I get any hate from anybody. After the horrible experience I still tipped the driver 20%. I ordered from the app which has a nice little tracker on it and claimed that it would be delivered in 40 min. After watching the progress it came to a halt after bake. So being curious i called this location and enquired about the status since it hadn't moved for 40 minutes. They promised that it hadn't even been made yet. Another 30 minutes had passed when I get a ring on the door I walk out look at the pizzas and they were old and cold to the touch. I accepted the pizzas because after an hour and 15 minutes my wife and my daughter were very hungry and I tipped the driver and shrugged it off. Fade To Black Episode 2: The Man Who Thought He Had Learned... Learning from my last interaction I called in my order talking to a real person and decided to go pick it up. They told me it would be about 15 minutes till my 2 thin crust pizzas were ready. (a hawaiian, and sausage and mushroom, the deal is 2, 2 topping med. Pizzas 5.99/piece) Of course I was there in 15, paid for my order with a $2 tip for making it, and got half way home when I started smelling jalapeños. Open the boxes my pizza is not on thin crust, and instead of a traditional hawaiian pizza it's a fiery hawaiian pizza complete with peppers that my wife will not eat. I called this location and the said they'd remake it. Fine withe me. CUT TO THE REDICULOUSNESS I get to the store and am willing to exchange the pies when I learn that what I paid for was more expensive than the pies that I should have been charged for and ultimately received. Instead of offering a refund they try to sell me a side breadsticks, soda etc. Till the finally tell me that they would have to void the whole transaction (including my tip) and start over which I agreed to until I received the new pies and was given the $1.62 back in cash, with no other interaction. This location has lost my business from now on. It's pizza you shouldn't be able to write a novel about it.
